Tonight after cross country practice, I got to go home for 20 minutes or so, and then I was off to softball practice. I knew I would be starving right after my second practice, so I brought some leftover spaghetti squash to eat on the way home. Spaghetti squash tastes good either cold or warmed up, but I prefer it warm. I have a really nifty thermos that I love to use. I heated up my spaghetti, stuck it in the thermos, and had an awesome, warm dinner after practice.
I use my thermos a lot in my school lunches. It’s another great tool to help prepare ahead of time. Tonight, I am planning to cook some chicken to put in the fridge and then heat up and take with me for lunch tomorrow.
