Baking Rolls

I baked rolls today. I just used a simple bread dough consisting of yeast, salt, and flour. I learned a new thing to do when you leave the dough in the bowl to rise from my mom.

She told me to put a small amount of olive oil in the bottom of the bowl and then turn the dough over itself. This prevents it from sticking to the bottom of the bowl and the damp towel over the bowl. It also adds a nice taste. I formed the dough in tight rolls, brushed them with an egg wash, and sprinkled them with salt and pepper.
