I had the tastiest meal for lunch today. I prepared it last night. I roasted a sweet potato, steamed some broccoli, and hard boiled an egg. I seasoned the potatos with olive oil, salt, pepper, and cumin and the egg with salt, pepper, and paprika. I loved the sweetness of the potatos with the salty, sweet spices. Sweet potatos have a great flavor that a lot of people don’t like, but I love it. It was extremely easy, healthy, and quick to make. I’m so glad that I prepared this awesome meal for myself before hand!
