We have all heard the words organic, natural, fresh, etc. We have seen these words everywhere. However these words don’t always mean that whatever they’re labeling is as good for you as they make it seem.
For example, baked goods can be labeled as organic or natural, but that doesn’t always mean they are nutritious for you. They are empty calories with no nutritional value. The ingredients may have been more thoughtfully produced, however you are not benefiting from eating these foods.
A treat every now and then is great, but you cannot live on food like this. Don’t be tempted by words like natural, organic, or fresh all the time. Be aware and smart about what you are consuming.
