Ginger Beef, Mushroom, and Kale Stir-Fry

img_1956Tonight for dinner, my dad and I made a really delicious stir fry recipe. I found the recipe on Pinterest. Here is the link:

We used a flank steak. It is an inexpensive cut of meat that is really flavorful when used in stir fries. The ginger marinade and sauce was really yummy. We used low sodium soy sauce to make it a little healthier. The ginger flavor was just amazing. This meal was extremely satisfying served over brown rice.
