Ayurvedic Nutrition

My mom is reading a book about Ayurvedic nutrition. Today she picked up some spices to make a digestion aiding tea. She got cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and coriander seeds. The book says to sip the tea, 4-6 cups, all day. It is said to help you easily digest wholesome foods.

Ayurveda is basically a lifestyle that keeps your body in balance. The author of the book talks about transcendental  meditation, different oils, spices, and things that keep our bodies in check. My mom loves to learn about Ayurvedic living. I also think it is a super interesting topic.
