Blackened Tilapia

Blackened tilapia and a side salad for dinner tonight. I know I have posted about blackening fish before. It is a really easy technique and adds a lot of flavor to a dish. This whole meal took under 30 minutes.

I used paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and salt. This is a great spice combination for bland tasting proteins like fish or chicken. It adds a little kick of spice that is really nice.
