Crepes

This morning I made crepes for breakfast. We set out a crepe bar with toppings like peanut butter, jam, powdered sugar, and whipped cream. Crepes can be used for a number of things.

The batter is really easy to make. It’s just milk, eggs, water, butter, flour, and salt. You can add flavors like herbs to make a savory batter. Crepes make a great appetizer or dessert. They’re like fancy pancakes in my opinion!
