Burrito Bowls

We made a quick stop at the grocery store today to get some beans and corn to complete my burrito bowl dinner. We had the rest of the ingredients. Brown rice, chicken, black beans, corn, romaine lettuce, salsa, and shredded cheese made an awesome deconstructed burrito.

image.jpgThis is like a burrito without the tortilla, making the meal a little healthier. It’s sort of like a really creative salad. It was yummy and easy. Burrito bowls for lunch tomorrow!
