Fitbit

I received a Fitbit for Christmas! I really like keeping track of my steps. I try to reach my goal of 10,000 every day. It also tracks my sleep, my physical activity, and how many calories I burn. I love to see how active I am. It makes me feel so accomplished when I reach my goal! Setting an exercise goal is a great way to get started with a balanced exercise schedule. Start small and start to grow with your exercises. Keeping active is so important!
