72% No Less

I love dark chocolate. I love really dark chocolate. 72% or more of cocoa content is the healthiest for you. The more cocoa the less sugar. In my opinion dark chocolate appeals to people with refined palates because it is so bitter. A lot of kids like milk chocolate, Snickers bars, Hershey’s bars, etc. because they have so much added sugar. I think dark chocolate is the perfect indulgence to have once and awhile… or often!
