The Importance of Vegetables

Vegetables are a very important part of our diet. They have great nutritional value and are a necessity in our diets. Providing a great amount of fiber and vitamins, they keep us kicking!

I try to include vegetables in most of my meals. If I can, I include them in my snacks as well. They make me feel so healthy and balanced. I encourage everyone to include a decent amount of vegetables in their day.
