Tonight for dinner my dad made a stir fry recipe from a paleo diet cookbook. The paleo diet is where you try to avoid dairy, grains, processed foods and sugars, legumes, starches, and alcohol. You try to eat foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean meats, seafood, nuts and seeds, and healthy fats.
This diet benefits assets such as stable blood sugar, clear skin and better teeth, improved sleep, and having more energy throughout the day. The stir fry was delicious. It had chicken, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, green onions, and this is the weird part, hard boiled eggs! I didn’t think they fit with the dish but it was so tasty it didn’t matter.
