Meal preparation is very handy especially when you have a busy schedule. It always helps in the mornings when I’m making my lunches for school. It’s really easy to do as well.
Some basic meal prep ideas to start off the week are things like hard boiling some eggs or making a batch of hummus. Meals that can be frozen also come in handy. Breakfast burritos, oatmeal cups, or smoothie preparation kits can all be frozen and ready to eat in seconds. Making a big pot of soup to have for the week is one of my personal favorite ways to meal prep. That’s what my mom did tonight.
