Meusli is one of my go to breakfasts. Muesli is a breakfast dish based on raw rolled oats and other ingredients including grains, fresh or dried fruits, or seeds and nuts. It’s kind of like cold oatmeal. You can actually eat it hot or cold.
I like to pour milk over mine and serve it with fruit and a protein like scrambled eggs. Muesli is a great, healthy carb to kickstart your day. It provides a good amount fiber and great flavor!
