Comparisons

Today at lunch, one of my classmates commented on how big my lunch was. I had half a chicken sandwich, brussel sprouts, beets, and carrots, and strawberries. My classmate only had a big Costco muffin.

In my opinion, eating a lot of fruits, vegetables, and whole food is better than just having something like a Costco muffin. This way you’re filling up on good, healthy food instead of empty, unhealthy food. I’ll eat a huge lunch full of yummy, wholesome components any day!
