Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Dip

For my after school snack today, I made peanut butter yogurt dip with fruit. I mixed 1/8 cup with about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey. I dipped banana slices and green grapes in it and it was delish.

I honestly don’t even think it needed honey. The sweetness from the fruit really paired well with the bitterness and saltiness from the yogurt and the peanut butter. I made a single serving. To make a big batch, use 1 cup of yogurt, 1/3 cup of peanut butter, and an optional 1 teaspoon of honey. This dip is a great healthy snack for parties or just every day!
