Today, my mom and I took a yoga class at the gym we are members at. It left me feeling so light, relaxed, and strong. We loved it.
Yoga is a great way to get moving and active but to also relax. It puts your mind and body into place. Stretching is very healthy especially if you are very active. Pain is a part of exercising, but yoga helps ease it. We will definitely be attending more yoga classes. I feel that I am rewarding myself and being productive at the same time.
