Soy Sauce

Soy sauce can be okay in very small portions. It is a condiment that is extremely high in sodium. There can be up to 980 mg of sodium in one tablespoon of soy sauce. I always try to eat low sodium soy sauce in very limited amounts. Tonight, I drizzled some soy sauce over my stir fry with rice. It adds a nice flavor. You don’t have to salt your food if your going to add soy sauce, that’s for sure!
