Mediterranean Style Lunch

Today, I kind of had a Mediterranean themed lunch. I made a salad with avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, parsley, cilantro, feta cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper. I served it with some homemade wheat flatbread and it was delicious. I also had some chicken for protein. I love having themes to my meals. It makes it so much more exciting! This will definitely be a go to salad recipe of mine.
