Tonight, I baked salmon. I marinated the salmon in a quick, simple marinade. It added amazing flavor.
I used 1 1/2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce, about 2 inches of peeled chopped garlic, 5 cloves of garlic, a sprinkle of white pepper, and a drizzle of honey. The sweet and salty contrast was delicious. I baked the salmon for about 20 minutes after it rested in the marinade. I think this would be a great marinade for chicken or any other kind of fish. I loved the sweet and salty flavor and garlic is one of my favorite go to ingredients!
