Yesterday I whipped up a loaf of zucchini bread. I used a super awesome healthy recipe. It was really simple. I love the idea of adding more vegetables into your diet. What better way to do it than adding them to baked goods? My mom has this great brownie recipe that has carrots and spinach it it. You can’t even tell! I’ll have to dig up that recipe. She would always trick me and bring them into my classrooms for special occasions!
