Tonight, I put together a little snack plate for my dinner. It was simple and an easy thing to have on a Friday night. I think simple meals such as this are necessities. Not everything healthy and delicious has to be complex.
I had baby carrots, cucumber, and celery slices with Greek yogurt blue cheese dip. My mom stocked up on a ton of jerky from Costco so of course I had to have a handful of teriyaki turkey jerky! I also had some chicken from a chicken we roasted last night. I even had a slice of toast smeared with almond butter. It was the best and easiest dinner ever.
