Getting enough sleep is so important if being healthy is one of your goals. Getting at least 8 hours of Z’s a night is right. An average person needs sleep! Don’t deprive yourself. I love the saying early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy, and wise. I live by that motto. Growing children especially need the right amount of sleep. Who doesn’t like to get a good night’s rest?
