Tonight I had a light, snacky dinner. They’re my favorite kinds of dinners. I made baked carrot fries with honey mustard dipping sauce and salmon salad on toast.
I made the carrot fries by cutting carrots into thin slices and tossing them with olive oil, salt, pepper, dried herbs, and garlic. I baked them in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minute and then flipped them and put them in for another 10 minutes. They went great with a sauce made of mustard, honey, vinegar, Greek yogurt, and pepper. It was kind of a weird meal! It was super tasty.
