Tonight at dinner my parents were talking about carbs. Should they cut them or not? They were trying to figure out a good balance of carbs and fat.
Adults have different food needs then children. While they were talking about this, they stressed to my brother and I that we need more carbs. Especially since we are so active, carbs are an important part of our diet as growing kids. There are so many different ways to diet and so many different ways to stay healthy!
