Coffee

The other day I was pretty tired before my track meet. I needed a little boost. My mom let me have a cup of coffee. She said that I shouldn’t have it all the time but once and awhile it’s okay. It was bitter but I loved the flavor. I steamed some milk with it and topped it with cinnamon. Caffeine isn’t horrible. Coffee is actually an antioxidant. I will stick to tea until I’m a little bit older to drink coffee consistently.
