Sautéed Bananas

This morning I sautéed some bananas to top my carrot cake oatmeal. I chopped up the banana and placed it in a pan with coconut oil, sea salt, cinnamon, and maple syrup. They got a beautiful caramelization and a really great flavor. I also stirred in a tablespoon of peanut butter and sprinkled some frozen blueberries over my oatmeal. It was very delicious and healthy.
