Whole 30

Recently, my mom started the Whole 30 diet. I am so proud of her for making this huge commitment. She has really enjoyed the diet so far.

The Whole 30 is more of a cleanse than a diet. After 30 days of eating totally clean food, you can slowly start adding things like grains and dairy. The recipes are totally healthy. I love them. My moms sure misses her chocolate though!
