Hydration

Today I had my last track meet. It was extremely hot. It is really important to stay hydrated during athletics but especially when it’s so hot. With the summer months approaching, everyone needs to stay hydrated as much as possible. Drink lots of water. Eating foods like oranges and cucumbers can also help you stay hydrated. I love to put lemon wedges, berries, and cucumber slices into my water. Infusing water makes it really nice to drink.
