Whole 30 Dessert

After a nice dinner of roasted chicken and brussel sprouts, my mom and I decided to make a nice dessert that was Whole 30. We made a chunky compote of apples and frozen blueberries and blackberries with cinnamon. It was delicious. I put a dollop of plain Greek yogurt on mine because I am not on the Whole 30. It is super simple to make a healthy, delicious dessert. Fruit is a fabulous way to go. It’s the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth.
