The wrap filling is made with ground beef, bamboo shoots, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, fish sauce, and red pepper flakes. This is all carried in a butter leaf wrap. It’s perfect finger food. I love this light, yummy recipe.
