Overnight Oats

For breakfast the other day, I had carrot cake oatmeal that I made the night before. I put oats, yogurt, milk, cinnamon, chia seeds, shredded carrot, and maple syrup into a head and shook it up. I put this in the fridge overnight. The next morning my breakfast was already made!

The chia seeds help to combine everything together. This is a great meal prep idea. It even comes in a jar to be easily portable if you’re on the go.
