Same Old, Same Old

On this diet that my mom is doing, she has mentioned that she is getting bored of the food. Healthy eating can be quite repetitive. I for example have hummus and vegetables in my lunch almost every day. I think it’s an easy, portable way to get vegetables into my diet but it can get old.

There are many ways to avoid getting bored of the same food. Try getting different vegetables and fruit the next time you go grocery shopping. There is a wide variety of protein and grain choices as well. Try a meatless Monday to change things up once and awhile.
