My team placed 2nd in the silver bracket of our tournament. On our way out of Yakima, my dad and I stopped at this super authentic street taco truck. He has been to this place a number of times.
I ordered 3 small tacos, one with chorizo, one with chicken, and one with alpastor (pork cooked with pineapple). They were delicious. They were served each with two small corn tortillas and, of course, with a lime wedge. I went through the toppings and chose radishes, cabbage slaw, red salsa, cilantro, green onions, and these spicy jalapeños and carrots. The authenticity of the truck was extremely admirable. I’m really glad that my dad took me.
